Ready to Work was a virtual and in-person initiative launched in 2022 to unite employers with job seekers in search of better work. The coalition helped support job seekers prepare for success with free resume reviews, extensive interview prep, hiring fairs, and a sweepstakes contest. The results? Over 205,000 job postings, 49,000+ participating employers, and a reach of more than 9,000 cities across the states.

I led and oversaw copy for the entire campaign. Body of work and responsibilities include naming, taglines, manifesto, digital/social/OOH assets, a dedicated website, and reviewing external copy provided by partner agencies.
